Frequently asked questions

Everything about opening a lottery business, integrating as a partner, payments, and security.

General

A digital lottery management platform for operators running Borlette, Mariage and Loto3/4/5, plus a partner API for sportsbooks and iGaming platforms.

Any lottery operator can sign up. The platform is active in Haiti today, with native wallet support for USD, DOP and BSD for operators serving the Dominican Republic and The Bahamas.

Yes — a native Android app for vendors and owners. The full platform also works in any browser, on any device.

Borlette, Mariage, and Loto3/Loto4/Loto5 — the classic draw games, fully configurable per organization.

The dashboard and every tool work natively in French, English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.

For Owners

Sign up as an Owner, pay the one-time setup fee, add your branches and vendors, and configure your draws — you can be live the same day.

Bluetooth (BLE) and USB thermal printers, plus native support for Sunmi V2 and Q2I terminals.

Yes — set exposure limits per number and per game category. GO LOTTRY blocks a sale automatically once a limit is reached.

Automatically, based on the commission rules you configure per vendor or branch, with a full payment history.

There's no hard limit — some Owners run over a hundred branches. A bulk-generation tool creates dozens at once during setup instead of one by one.

Yes — GO LOTTRY is a technology platform only. Each Owner is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid national lottery license in the jurisdiction(s) where they operate.

Onboarding and configuration of your organization, plus the first month of each physical branch. Each branch is then billed monthly.

Yes — Players hold a wallet balance for deposits, ticket purchases and withdrawals, subject to your configured payment methods and identity verification.

For Partners

A seamless wallet integration that lets an existing sportsbook or iGaming platform plug into GO LOTTRY's lottery game engine via API, keeping their own player wallets and KYC.

No — choose "API Partner" when you sign up and you go straight to the Partner application; the Partner setup fee replaces the Owner setup fee. Existing Owners can also apply from their dashboard settings.

Partners pay a setup fee, a monthly minimum, and a share of Gross Gaming Revenue — instead of per-branch fees. See the Pricing page for details.

You pay whichever is higher: your negotiated monthly minimum, or an agreed percentage of your Gross Gaming Revenue (total wagers through the API Channel minus winnings already settled back to you) for the previous month.

No — the API Channel works entirely on its own. You can also add a physical POS network under the same organization if you want, billed separately at Partner-tier rates.

You do. It's a seamless-wallet model — GO LOTTRY never holds or controls your player wallets; it calls your own debit/credit endpoints to record wagers and settle winnings.

Four signed webhook endpoints — debit, credit, refund and balance — so GO LOTTRY can record wagers and pay out winnings against your own player wallets.

Discounts are possible at GO LOTTRY's discretion and applied per invoice — they don't automatically carry over to future or recurring fees.

Yes — the Partner Console shows your API Channel's ticket volume, sales and GGR, plus your physical POS network's stats, in one dashboard.

Always USD — setup fee, monthly minimum and GGR-based fees are all billed in USD, even if your players transact in another currency.

Payments & Currency

MonCash, NatCash and USDT, credited automatically without manual approval.

HTG, USD, DOP and BSD — wallets, tickets and reports all run natively in your chosen currency.

Instantly — MonCash, NatCash and USDT deposits are credited automatically as soon as they're confirmed.

No — once configured, an organization's settlement currency is locked permanently to keep reporting and billing consistent.

GO LOTTRY publishes official exchange rates used for conversions and internal reporting; individual operators may apply their own markup on player-facing conversions.

Security

Row-level security on every database table, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, two-factor authentication for staff accounts, and a complete audit log of every action.

Every ticket is cryptographically signed per device, so tickets submitted from an unauthorized or spoofed device are automatically rejected.

Staff accounts can enable 2FA, and GO LOTTRY strongly recommends it for anyone with financial or administrative access.

Notify GO LOTTRY immediately — credentials can be rotated and the API Channel suspended on request to prevent unauthorized use.

Yes — every administrative action is recorded in a complete, tamper-evident audit log.
